Heidi Lange
Heidi is the founder and owner of Alpenglow Elevated Property Management, a boutique home management company serving Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte. She created Alpenglow Elevated to give homeowners the responsive service, clear communication, and personal attention she felt mountain property management often lacked.
Heidi brings an unusual depth of experience to the business. Alongside Alpenglow Elevated, she has built a successful career in energy and electric transmission in a Fortune 200 company. Her work includes transmission development, commercial strategy, utility partnerships, regional planning, and the negotiation of complex infrastructure agreements. She applies the same discipline, accountability, and problem-solving skills to every home under her care.
A longtime member of the Crested Butte community, Heidi understands the realities of owning a mountain home. She has strong local relationships, extensive knowledge of the area, and a practical approach to protecting each property while creating a welcoming experience for owners and guests. She also serves as President of the Crested Butte Rotary Club, supporting local service projects, youth scholarships, and student exchange programs.
Heidi is joined by Sassafras, Alpenglow Elevated’s Chief Paw Officer. Sassa oversees office morale, quality control, and the occasional inspection of pet-friendly properties. Her compensation package remains heavily weighted toward treats.
Juan Carlos Sandoval
Juan is Alpenglow Elevated’s resident jack-of-all-trades and handyman extraordinaire. He handles weekly property visits, routine maintenance, repairs, and the unexpected issues that come with caring for mountain homes.
Known for his practical approach and ability to fix nearly anything, Juan helps keep each property safe, functional, and well cared for. He has lived in the Gunnison Valley for more than five years and has become a valued part of the local community.
Whether he is completing a walkthrough, tackling a repair, or stepping in when something needs immediate attention, Juan brings reliability, resourcefulness, and a steady hand to every property.
